You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use CrorepatiWala. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration and when completing tasks, including valid UTR references and authentic screenshots.

3. Tasks and Rewards

CrorepatiWala offers micro-tasks that reward users with cash and points upon approval. All submissions are subject to review. We reserve the right to reject submissions that are incomplete, fraudulent, or violate task instructions. Rewards are calculated based on the task type and your active tier at the time of approval.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: create multiple accounts, use automated tools or bots, submit false or manipulated data, attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform, or engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the platform. Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of rewards, and permanent blacklisting.

5. Payments and Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed according to the platform's published withdrawal settings, including minimum amounts and processing cycles. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. We are not liable for lost funds due to incorrect payment information provided by you.

6. Limitation of Liability

CrorepatiWala is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the total rewards earned by you in the preceding 30 days.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
